Primary responsibilities included scheduling, support and inspections for all site gardening and maintenance needs. I performed move out inspections, property audits, and unit turn overs duties. I was responsible for on call support and performed maintenance tasks, these included electrical, plumbing, carpentry, stove, dishwasher, furnace and other resident and property issues. Greendale consists of 19 buildings and 152 resident units on five acres of land.
